4) You get to see that there is hope & feel understood by a community that exchanges healthy coping mechanisms to help you stay strong & keep you going.
5) You get a new start by saying goodbye to the old you that tolerated all the negativity & you get to pay it forward by helping other individuals that are in a similar predicament that you once were in.
